Delivery Information

All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives to you safely. It is sent via Royal Mail or a reputable courier service. The standard delivery times are 5-7 working days. Should you require a special delivery, please contact us in advance. There will be an additional charge for this service.

Payment & Prices

We accept cheque, postal order and payment through paypal.  All payment must be cleared before dispatch. If you are paying by cheque, your order will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Delivery Damages

Goods damaged in transit must be kept within their original packing for inspection. In cases of complaint it is necessary that all relative work be returned together with the invoice and original material. The company must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Bespoke Design Service

We produce artwork as per your instructions and should this be changed after the proofing stages this WILL INCUR further charges. Please ensure you give us a detailed brief as possible as charges will be made if changes are required due to a poor briefing being supplied. When alterations are SMALL this will not incur further charges.

40% non-refundable deposit is required before any artwork can commence. This is to cover design time. Once you have selected your design and placed the order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. We will provide a low resolution pdf proof, by email. Once agreed the balance should be paid prior to print. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery once design is approved .
